MOSCOW, Oct 5 (PRIME) -- Russia’s State Duma, the lower chamber of the parliament, must vote on high-priority drafts faster, President Vladimir Putin told a new lineup of the State Duma on Wednesday.
“In order to concentrate all efforts and resources on solution of the most pressing systemic tasks in the economy, the social sphere, we are launching priority projects,” Putin said.
“I am asking to ensure an urgent legislative assistance to them as well as full financing of priority projects when working on the federal budget.”
